After many hours of careful research, I purchased a 10.25" Xtrons Android Head Unit for my 2013 BMW 320d GT F34. There were many other much cheaper and better spec versions on the web of course but I decided to go for quality not price. After ordering, I was impressed that “Stella” emailed me to check that I had the correct unit for my car, so far so good! I was even tempted to fit this myself but used Xtrons' recommended installer Philip in Langley, Slough. I was really looking forward to this upgrade for my Satnav and Infotainment System, I have the older 4mb ram and 64mg rom version as that was all they were offering. After trying to fit this for me on Friday 11th April at 15:00 the engineer Philip, said "I think you've bought the wrong unit" this one does not integrate with your car! He is the Xtrons recommended expert, so I believe he knows what he is doing. I now have a very expensive lump of plastic in my boot and am awaiting the result of his "chat" with tech support in China. Now I am not happy with Xtrons at all. I wasted the two hours driving there and back and 1.5 hours with the engineer, what a disappointing afternoon! I really wanted to give Xtrons and Philip a great review on here, but currently I am unable to do so of course! Time to test their customer support, is it going to be any good after all. What is going on Xtrons? Tony

Head unit did not meet expectations. UI terrible. Many features didn't work, including reversing sensor. Had to buy an additional wiring harness (not specified on purchase) to actually get the unit to work.

Very happy. Tech support were responsive and helped me through what ultimately ended up being installer (me) error.

This item is such a poor Fit for the intended Honda accord radio that whilst aftermarket radios do fit inside the center portion the AC fans either side do not. The moulding is of poor quality, the clips at the top that the fans should hook are the wrong width apart leading to it skewing the angle of the fans. The problem is made worse by the fact there is only one Plastic standoff where the screws from the fan go into when there should actually be two. Due to the nature of the installation on a honda accord (Order of having to remove the center console to swap radios) you will only find this out when half your car is apart. I later ordered one from dynamic sounds which is a far better fitment. The support team are exceptional though, as they communicate well with you and attempt to address the issues you have which is really good. Item 1/10 Company 10/10

I purchased a Fiat 500 specific IA series. The delivery was speedy, and wiring dead simple - simply used the existing plugs and everything worked without issues (including steering wheel controls). Works perfectly fine with Android Auto wirelessly.

Price was good and the cable itself is better than any other I have had before - Extra USB Power wiring and a Fakra-USB adapter were included in the package, so my previously non working car USB socket now works a treat. Many thanks. Great product

Really impressed with this unit. From order to delivery took 2 days which is awesome. Other than needing to oder another lead to connect the power supply it was straightforward to fit. The fit is superb & snug with the original fascia. Well done guys, I love it
